Working out, but still gaining weight? - acid reflux for turkey legs

I worked for about 6 weeks and now I feel more lost than gained weight. I saw someone for the first time in a month or two, and said he had risen. I am 30 minutes cardio and weight lifting arms (Other, legs, back) and end with ABS. I do it 4-5 times per week. I eat 3 meals a day, a bagel and orange juice for breakfast (I'm not a breakfast person, I am never hungry, so for me it is) a great effort, I have a salad or sandwich (Turkey, Switzerland wheat bread) I drink water and can of soda to 1 week. The only change I noticed your pain Lil (but normal) and is much easier to wake up in the morning. I have acid reflux and my dr. I've always said to go and do not stay on the medicine the whole time. Before working out, I was good and was not due to pain for some time, even stopped taking the drug, but now I work out, I feel bad again.
What am I doing wrong?
